YOFC plans to recruit 10+ Management Trainee from Mechanical Engineering,
Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering majors, and develop them into skilled technical
and engineering professionals through a structured training and promotion system.

3.Training & Promotion Pathway
Operator (6 months)
→ Senior Operator (6 months)
→ Team Leader (1 year)
→ Engineer /Assistant Engineer (1 year)
4.Training Arrangement
Monthly centralized training: half-day per month
Full-cycle mentorship system
Mentor level increases with each training stage
5.Incentive Mechanism
Performance-based evaluation at each stag
Priority access to small incentives or performance bonuses based on individual performance
6.Management Attention
Monthly management interviews
Dedicated Graduate Trainee ID card/ badg
7.Feedback Mechanism
Trainees may submit suggestions, feedback, or issues from frontline work at any time
HR consolidates all inputs
Each item is reported directly to the Plant General Manager
One-by-one response and closed-loop feedback to the trainee
